In 2009, Ruby Modern Thai entered into a partnership with Lime Leaf Thai Restaurant whom was already positioned in Rye for some years. In 2010 Ruby Modern Thai obtained full ownership and has since been managed by food experts with over 12 years of experience.
Since a very young of 9 years, the owner great interest in the world of Thai culinary skills. With the combination of observation for skills and creative ideas it has led to the continuous growth of Ruby Modern Thai over the years. Presenting delicious authentic and creative new flavours to consumers at reasonable prices with quality ingredients by paying attention to every stage of the food process. By being personally involved with the selection of the finest ingredients and flavours that will bring out true Thai flavours and nutritional benefits of each Thai herb used, including ginger, galangal, lemongrass and turmeric which are creatively presented in each and every one of our dishes.
